Stresscoaching & mentaltræning

Stresscoaching handler om at finde frem til strategier, der kan hjælpe dig videre fra den situation du er havnet i. Mentaltræning er en velafprøvet evidensbaseret metode, der justerer dit neurale netværk (spor i hjernen), så du får hjælp til at ændre den uhensigtsmæssige situation du er havnet i  og er et skræddersyet redskab til dig, som forhinder, at du havner der igen.

Sorgterapi

Som terapeut for et menneske som har mistet eller har trussel om tab i udsigt, er mine primære nøgleord omsorg, nærvær, empati og forståelse. Med udgangspunkt i det enkelte menneskes evne til at håndtere sit tab, går vi sammen igennem alle sorgens smertefulde faser, for derved at opnå erkendelse af tabet og reaktionerne herpå.

Parterapi, skilsmisse og kæresterådgivning

Som terapeut for to mennesker i krise, er det min fornemste opgave at være neutral, ikke-dømmende, empatisk og lyttende. Sammen arbejder vi på at afdække tilbagevendende, uhensigtsmæssige mønstre i parforholdet og undersøge hvor de stammer fra.

Traumeforløsning

Ved hjælp af den traumeforløsende metode TRE (Trauma & Stress Releasing Exercises) arbejder vi med at få forløst traumet fysisk fra een opspændte psoas-muskel. Metoden er udviklet af den amerikanske forsker David Bercelli, og anvendes til krigsveteraner og torturofre over hele verden.
